Nils Dabelstein has been working in sales for 15 years and there is no sales-channel that he does not know. His career path took him along stations as a sales manager in the shopping centre industry, Head of Sales in the e-commerce sector and self-employed consultant. His operative experience in management helps Nils with leadership and organisation. As a consultant and coach, he builds new corporations. Since 2018 he has been a partner of GRÜNDERPORT. For the Future Hamburg Award Nils supports us as a coach and checks the winning teams’ business models and the sales capabilities of their products. Furthermore, he helps prioritise their sales-channels’ reach of target audiences, additional investment needs and creates workflows, KPIs and reportings together with the founders.
